*Participants registering under the UG/PG Students and PhD/Research Scholars categories must be enrolled in a full-time course at a recognized college or university. Part-time or distance education students and scholars are not eligible for these rates. The conference committee reserves the right to request proof of student status or PhD registration to verify eligibility.

The pre-conference workshop is exclusively available to students and PhD/Research Scholars. Participation is limited to 60 attendees and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Pre-conference Workshop has a maximum capacity of 60 participants. Once we reach this limit, the registration link for the Pre-conference Workshop will be disabled.

All participants are required to register individually and submit payments corresponding to their respective categories.

The registration fee for the conference and pre-conference workshops once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances. However, requests for the transfer of participation may be considered in special cases by the conference organizing committee.
